Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot.
Suggestions:
-Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much!
-Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on!
This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!
Had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms and property are well maintained. Great overall experience. My only inconvenience is that as a taller and larger individual, the shower stalls are a bit tight. But the water was nice and hot, and the towel heaters were excellent. Also, because you're technically on an island, having a kitchen was a huge plus. Plenty of supermarkets in Burg Auf to stock up. Having a car is a must.
Excellent, quite location directly on the Ostsee beach. Vacation apartments are roomy and clean; some with water view. Great restaurant/food. Easy and free parking. Washer and dryer available.
