10/10 Excellent

"The was the most absolute best hotel I've stayed at. The room was fabulous!!! and the lady at the front desk (I think Stephanie? mid age white blonde) was also fabulous. The younger guy at the bar Monday night was great (not so much the girl Tues night, it was like she gave us half a shot on ice and called it an old fashion, it barely filled the cup) We definitely want to come back and visit. Thanks for being amazing 👏"

"Convenient location, plenty of rooms and obviously supports local sports. Plenty of school buses. Kids were not a problem. Room was a little cramped with little room between end of the bed and the dresser. No coffee pot in the room. Told desk clerk when we checked in. He said he'd get one. Was there three days and never got one. TV didn't work, evidently it requires 2 remotes. We only had one. Clerk came in to show how to use buttons on the bottom of the TV that you can't see in order to make the TV work. Not acceptable. Coffee in the lobby was frequently out. Mentioned it to the desk clerk who then grumbled about it being empty. Another clerk, different day, made sure the coffee pots etc were filled. Good job to her!"

"Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However there was a chair in our room that was so dirty and stained that there is no way I would sit in it! It was gross. The eggs were kind of runny each morning, but otherwise, it was good, esp for the price."

Best Western Plus Mill Creek Inn

"The room was clean and spacious. The day staff, I believe her name was Misty, was wonderful. The night staff - I arrived around 11pm - was not present. I waited almost 15 minutes. He came back but acted as if nothing had happened; no apology for the wait, just checked me in. Breakfast was great, as this location partners with Denny's, so that was fun. Parking was acceptable."

"Access to the Oregon Garden. We were not happy that the gate between the resort and the garden was malfunctioning. The room was comfortable except that the air conditioner was too loud, so we did not get a good night sleep. At lunch, the staff was in a meeting and they were late and did not open the door until we notified the front desk."
