"The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable. Somehow my ID was left at the front desk during check in, they called the next night to tell me they had it, but I was already home 2 hours away. I figured they’d mail it the next day, but it wasn’t mailed out until the 5th day after I checked out. Not sure what the hold up was. What I originally thought would be no big deal has me stressed now nearly a week later without my ID."
