"Parking was not well lit. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and not worth the price."

"Breakfast excellent and servers very nice. Location perfect for walking thru the old town and along river and some very good restaurants. Found it hard to believe they have a credit card fee."

"Terrible experience at this hotel! In town for the MS State gymnastics meet with our 10 year old daughter. This hotel has FALSE advertisement on their website! The hotels name has been changed with the signage taken down from the exterior as well as in the lobby. Magnolia Bluff BW Signature hotel seems to now be named “hotel”. We had a long wait to time to check in. Once we got to our room it was not up to par. Dead bugs on the ground and in the windows along with a live beetle. There was a hair in the bed & the sheets were knotty. We left the room to tell the staff we would be leaving only to find a chicken wing bone by the elevator in the lobby!! The vending area in the lobby was also completely empty. This hotel needs some major HELP! I didn’t want anyone else to have the experience that we had so I’m sharing our ours and a few photos. The only positive was the employee at the front desk was understanding and helpful. "

"Room was clean and convenient and reasonably up-to-date. Breakfast was good and hot. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The water temp was varied and iffy and the towels were pretty thin and worn out. However, for the price, we were happy with our stay and would recommend them."
