"Staff was rude, bikes not free as it says in description, condition of property is OK at best. Valet was a joke…..they just held my keys and the car was parked, at most, 5 parking spots from the valet desk…..just an excuse to add more money to the bill. Nice location."

"Great view, decent room, very clean...staff needs work! Broken promises and couldn't check in til 5. Overnight front desk staff was garbage!"

"Everything about this resort is wonderful. The only suggestion I made was that they should offer a free shuttle to and from the airport and it would be nice if the shuttle were more available. We were unable to get it on the days and times we needed. Also, the food and drinks are very expensive so off property eating is more affordable."

"Clean roof, they did allow us early check in. No late check out even if a gold member. Extra charge for resort not included in price. "

"The rooms were remodeled but the balcony was very dirty and the door to exit to the balcony was hard to open. The pool water was very murky, thank God the beach was beautiful and we had to buy an umbrella because they don’t even offer you beach chairs. I was very unhappy to reserve a four star hotel resort to find out it was a three star hotel. I won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone. "

"An absolutely perfect location!!! The beach and boardwalk is steps away!! Restaurants and stores all within minutes! Property is clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. I can’t wait to return!!!!"
