"The over all cleanliness is very very poor. Terrible smell of smoking and alcohol. Inside room was ok but it was not clean. There previous travels cloths, NO cups and beverages,, soap, towels. Phone was dead. Poor breakfast. Over all very very poor.."

Would have preferred to know before the booking or given an option to cancel. Overall, the room was clean and bed comfortable."
