Rockstars! Staff really cares, definitely can tell its a corporate hotel, not franchised

It was a special stay for us, Marist graduation weekend 2025. Unfortunately, there was a mixup with our reservation. The fabulous front desk staff did not let us down, Kat, Julia & Tianna went above & beyond to “fix” the situation quickly! In addition, Jason, the hotel manager made sure we were super comfortable & had an enjoyable weekend with our son! Hotel was super clean, comfortable & breakfast was great! I would highly recommend this well run Hyatt!

Comfy. Homey. Clean. Brightly lit and cheery lobby area. Great breakfast setup. Nice bedding. Spacious suite style. Easy and quick drive to Marist. Very small downers: Parking lot a tad cramped and narrow. Muddy construction lot in front. Desk staff tends to stray away from the desk and there was no telling when they would be back. Could use a desk sign or something saying "Back in 15 minutes."

Hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained, Staff was super helpful. The attached restaurant and happy hour were much appreciated.

The room was clean, had a good size bathroom and a very comfortable king sized bed.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Good bed and shower. Very clean.

It was a great visit. Breakfast was good.

We stayed one night. It was clean and staff was professional and friendly.

Great employees! Housekeeper Sue really friendly, courteous, goes out of her way to make your stay the best it can . On a scale of 1 to 10 she is a 20! The amenities are wonderful; breakfast, exercise room, pool & hot tub, laundry facilities and access to a computer..Had a 1 bedroom suite, great stay. Will come back again.

Beds were comfortable, beautiful hotel, not too far from historical sites and good dining options.

I loved the historical aspect of it, as well as the breakfast! Bob was very hospitable as well.

There’s a deli next-door in the market that has really good food. The rooms were good spacious overall if I found myself there again I would stay.

We have stayed at this property many times and it has never failed to please. The rooms (we had king room) are very up to date and well maintained. Really clean. There is breakfast which I haven't eaten yet today but it's been very adequate on past stays. My only tip, and I hope I remember this, is to request a room away from the highway as the traffic is heavy. Enjoy!

Our stay at Wildflower was incredible- truly a lovely New Years experience! The cabins and property were beautiful, restorative, and uniquely luxe- so different than staying in a nice hotel. Every little detail was paid attention to! We’d brought our dog with us and he had the best time- everyone was so sweet with him and it truly is dog friendly. The real draw that will bring us back again though is how friendly the entire staff was, and the classes led by Ashley! Thomas and Nick and so many...

The hotel has style! They've done a great job repurposing an old factory into a boutique hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and colorfully decorated, with a lovely balcony and very large shower. The staff people were friendly and helpful. I was there for just a night, but this place would be perfect for a long weekend.

Beautiful property ! Anyone looking for wedding venue, check this place out ! When I walked in the door I was greeted and welcomed! The inside had old charm with beautiful woodworking, dining area was so charming , with white table cloths , beautiful windows i just wanted to sit there all day with a hot chocolate or a cup of tea ! The bedroom looked like it was recently redone with some beautiful older pieces of furniture but was spotless! towels were nice and thick! The bed was very very...
