"After driving 12hrs, we just wanted to get something to eat, relax and watch some TV. Restaurants were getting ready to close in the hotel and the food reflected that. The tv in the room wouldn't work, technician couldn't get it to work, said they would be back with another one and never came back. Called front desk, they said it was down there.... like I'm supposed to go down and get it. Finally just went to bed. The fridge in the room didn't work either, had to throw out the food we put in there to keep cool."

"Our room was right next to a busy highway and the noise was horrible. We could tell by the small number of cars in the parking lot the hotel wasn't near capacity. Not sure why we were assigned this room when many other much more desirable rooms were obviously available. My husband was having heart surgery very early the next day and we live an hour and a half away and decided to spend the night in Chattanooga. We had done this before with no problems. The only difference was we had called the hotel directly to make reservations, the only thing different is I choose to use Expedia to make reservations. So making that choice is the only reason I can think of is using Expedia is the reason for our sleepless and extremely miserable night and exhausting next day. Won't make that mistake again."

"We had a great time staying here. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was very quiet and we couldn't hear our neighbors. They had a happy hour in the bar area everyday with complimentary snacks and a few tokens for free drinks. The pool was nice and a perfect temperature. The staff was very friendly. The location is perfect for walking around downtown. The restaurant was being renovated but still had plenty of available seating and offered breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good and offered a wide variety of options. We never tried to order from the restaurant but they do have a menu available. The patio was very nice. Downsides for us was having to pay for valet because there is no hotel parking. They do a great job of course but it was still expensive especially when we hardly needed the car. They also didn't have free WiFi. The TV kept losing connection so sometimes the channels and/or app you were using would stop working. Overall a very comfortable stay and we don't regret it at all."

"We had a bad experience with parking, tv and a/c in room. Hotel staff was not accommodating or helpful. Not even a comp was available since I prepaid. (I was told). Parking was 2 different prices depending which QR code you scanned on the lot next to the hotel. Downtown was very safe and clean. Very surprising and impressive."
