"Love this hotel for going to Mass MoCA"

"Visiting family in Greenfield and really only needed a spot with a clean bed. I was pleasantly surprised by the Hampton Inn. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't eat breakfast there, but did enjoy the free coffee in the lobby. Only odd thing about this hotel is its location. The entrance to the hotel is from the back of the parking lot of the 99 restaurant. Next time I visit, I'm staying here."

"Jiminy Peak is located in an absolutely beatiful location in the Berkshires. And it has fun family-friendly summertime activities. But it could use some sprucing up. The pool liner is a little wrinkly and the hot tub is quite stained near the water line. In addition, our room had a nice 2-foot gouge in the wall seemingly caused by the corner of the armchair beneath it. It seems that could/should have been repaired before out arrival. And the dated counertops and fixtures are showing their age. That said, so am I! On the plus side: the iconic scenery, the friendly helpful staff, and the amenities. All in all, a good value for a family getaway. I would definitely recommend the prolerty overall."

"Absolute gem of a stay. Every little detail was thought of ! Easy check in and out ! Close to a small general store and great ice cream shop! Worth a visit !! So unique ! Cabin was immaculate and decorated so tasteful !"

"Conveniently located. Unfortunately, they were renovating the breakfast area. We had to eat in the lobby, which was fine. Will look forward to when it is finished for next year's stay. Staff is helpful and friendly and rooms are clean."

"Weird robot-like hotel with no staff on site when we arrived. Check-in was online, a bit confusing (even for the young people in our party), and cameras in common areas monitoring everyone felt dystopian. Rooms were tiny, but well-appointed. Strange stay."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Room was nice and clean, had shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer. Bed was pretty comfortable. Definitely not bad for the price. Would stay here again."
