One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, beautiful wood and stone work everywhere, incredibly picturesque. The spa and pool areas were gorgeous and the staff was impeccably helpful. We honestly had a tough time leaving, to the point that we considered booking an additional night and staying even though we had already prepaid for a room at another hotel further along in our travels - it was that good. Highly recommended.

We stayed here while hiking the TMB and the staff was very friendly. We had to get up before complimentary breakfast the next day, so she let us grab breakfast items the night before. We had a small fridge in our room, so we were able to put it in there overnight. The hotel was in a great location especially when taking the bus for the TMB.
