"We had an unpleasant experience when we sat in the tables outside of the restaurant. We sate down with our groceries from the market and she became very annoyed that we weren't allowed to sit there. I went to go look at the menu and wasn't sure if i wanted to eat there. She said we weren't allowed to be there. It was pretty rude. We weren't planning on eating there, but they don't give you grocery bags so we had a few things with us, since our flight left at 5am, however, we should be able to sit for a second, as paying guest, to make an informed decision. "

"I enjoyed a fantastic day at SANA Berlin Hotel. My room was comfortable and spacious, modern and clean. The staff were all superstars. They were very friendly and very accommodating to my requests. I cannot thank them enough. Finally, the hotel is perfectly located. Easy to reach by public transport, and within walking distance to High Street shops and restaurants I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable although a bit warm as couldn't get the aircon right. But overall hotel was good & plenty of nice restaurants in the area."

"I have a mold allergy and could smell mold in this hotel. I ended up sleeping with the windows open and was ok but it was an unpleasant experience. I have to say though, the staff were so helpful! Our room was on the ground floor and smelled musty so we asked to be moved to a higher floor and got moved immediately. The room on the 4th floor was better but still not completely smell free. While we couldn’t see the mold, we could smell it. The staff were lovely and everything else at the hotel was fine. It was tricky to get to by public transportation from the airport, but we managed."
