Really enjoyed the stay, clean room and friendly helpful staff

I like my stay in this hotel. The staff was competent, the food was good and the room was comfortable. Didn't experience any problems.

The pictures make this spot look a little bit nicer than it is, but we really enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff. The elevator was laughably small but it seems to be a standard across Europe, just wasn’t expecting it. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had great lighting, it was surprisingly quiet even though it was right by a bit of a popular night area. Joked with the guy at reception a little bit and had some good coffee from him. It’s a very convenient spot and I would...

My brother and I were only in town for one night, and this hotel provided everything necessary for a great stay. We arrived before check-in time and early rooms weren't available, but the staff provided luggage storage which allowed us to explore the city and check off several things before returning for our room. They also offer a 10% discount if you choose to dine at the restaurant downstairs - which we weren't necessarily planning on but caved once we smelled the food from outside (definitely...

A little dated but very nice staff who are super helpful and friendly.

Very nice. Loved the cigar bar. Great food and wine in restaurants. Room was nice too.

Amazing breakfast, great gym.

Since it's small, it had a more intimate feel. We loved how close it is to the many Christmas markets, old bridge, Philosophers' Walk, and old castle. Taking bus 32 from the train station drops you right at the hotel! We would stay here again. We stayed in December and it was plenty warm.

The beds were adorable and surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very nice. Great folks. Wi Fi was sketchy.

Simple but elegant, close to the main station, in new urban development area

Our stay here was great. We stayed with our two young children and while it was tight, there was enough space for us for the few nights we stayed there. It was right next to the train station which was convenient because we arrived by train. Parking lot was free during our stay for our rental car and it was a short drive to the Hilton where the rest of our family was staying. We even walked there a couple times when it was favorable weather and it was about a 15-20 minute walk which wasn't bad....

The desk staff and concierge were wonderful: helpful, prompt and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfasts offered a huge and delicious variety of cereals, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, coffees, teas, and more.
