"Clean hotel, perfect location for us, well maintained, we were happy with our stay. They extended our check out time 2 hours since we had a race. We are so pleased to have stayed here."
"Absolutely great and pleasant stay! Stuff was incredibly helpful and polite, which makes you feel safe and comfortable. Will book this hotel once I back to Istanbul."
"Amazing hotel with great amenities. The breakfast is very tasteful, rooms service anytime you need it. Unlimited coffee, and tea. Beautiful pool, workout area etc. I stayed for 10 days. Also close to Istanbul Mall which is very big with May stores"
"We had only 1 night’s stay during an Istanbul layover but really enjoyed the time there. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is a short walk to the Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. For the short time in Istanbul, it was ideal. Hope to return in the future. "

- There are two WOW Hotels next to each other as seen in the hotel pictures. This is the 4* one, the other one is 5*. These two are the closest high-star hotels to the Istanbul Ataturk International Airport.
- An airport shuttle is available most of the day. But I preferred to take a taxi for my airport connection that costed less than 10 TL (2 USD) as of Jan 2019 - The day and night fare is the same.
- The hotel has an in house restaurant/cafe/bar in the first floor that - I think - open for...
This is not a tourist hotel, in that it's not near any general tourist locations. But if you are planning to be near the airport, it's a great choice. I had two days of work in a data-centre around the corner, and this was super convenient for me.
The hotel was clean; staff were responsive and friendly; food was great (although a few more vegetarian options would be better!). I arrived an hour earlier than check-in time and didn't have a problem getting my non-smoking room, even though...
It was amazing hotel.
No one forgets a golden piece in any hotel and expects to find it there.it happened to me when I forgot my gold ring there and checked out. Next day I called reception and received a confirmation that the ring is found and I can come back or send someone to collect it. For me this is unbelievable story but it happened to me in Titanic hotel, bakirkoy port.
I visited Istanbul many times, but the best visit was this one, cause of the hotel staff and services, they speak English, are helpful and friendly anytime 24 hours room service, clean, Ac is perfect, all the staff was awesome I wish I can remember all the names, Mr. Ozkan Yilmaz the guest relationship manager was above and beyond in his job, I was lost my luggage in the airport through my trip, he was very interested to help me & every day was calling the airport customers service trying to...
Amazing hotel, beautiful, looks like a museum, definitive a recommendation, customer service the best very friendly and ready to help, excellent at all
It was clean , all important sight seeing places are on walking distance. Break fast was better I will advised them to add more fruits. Day and night staff were very respectful and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.
Housekeeping was lovely and efficient!
Breakfast was amazing, hats off to the restaurateur/manager, lovely gentleman, very committed to...
We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A huge highlight was the adorable cats outside they greeted us every single time we returned! Location-wise, it’s super convenient and close to everything. The early Turkish breakfast wasn't quite our cup of tea, but it was okay. Overall, an excellent experience!
Istanbul is a great city and you can't find a better location than hotel Sultania. All the main attractions (topkapi palace, hagia sophia, basilic cistern, blu mosque, Egyptian bazaar) are within walking distance, the longest we walked was to the grand bazaar which was about 1 km. However, the tram is right around the corner if you don't like to walk, and is very frequent. Even the ferries to galata and the Asian side are walking distance.
The hotel and the hotel staff are extraordinary. They...
This is going to sound like I'm being paid to write this but I assure you I'm the one who paid.
The hotel is a 4 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque & a 5 minute walk to the tram. Every employee there gets a 10/10 for helpfulness, politeness, & on being accommodating.
They helped me book tours, called taxis for me & gave me tips on how to navigate the city - who to speak to, who to stay away from, how much I should expect to pay for certain goods & services so I don't get...
Such an amazing place to stay at Istambul. Safe, super friendly staff, good relation cost/benefit and walkable to Blue Mosque. I would surely recommend it to spend sometime in such an enigmatic city.
Staff was welcoming and accommodating. The junior suite was well decorated and comfortable.
We were made to feel like family and were always comfortable.
Hotel is in the heart of the old city, within walking distance or a tram ride from most popular tourist and religious sites.
The staff were great. Communication before our stay was excellent. They also have services for tours and transport. The room was clean and spacious. Restaurants are abundant within a 15 min walk as were tourist attractions.
