"The place is pretty basic but has a rustic feel about it. Bring your own honey or jam for the morning as they down’s supply it. Also you have to pay for coffee even when breakfast is included. At my level of room the washrooms were quite a distance from the room and needed an upgrade. However, if you like the rustic, village type, and want to make your own breakfast then this is the place. "Great property, wth nice relaxing pool area. A Good Restaurant and Bar.
Nice comfortable hotel, not backpacker homestay like so many other properties in this area.
But with a Viet Wooden Stilt Building type Charm right into the hilltop forest canopy."
"Very nice new hotel. Very friendly staff.
The rooms were nice with good matress.
We enjoyed the big infinity pool. The breakfast buffet during the weekend was really good."
"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes
When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "
"We had a wonderful stay at Hanasa Pu Luong - it's a beautiful property in a great location for exploring the area on foot or bike. The staff members are all so welcoming and hospitable, and helped us to arrange a tour and transportation which was much appreciated! Our room was beautiful, with a private pool overlooking the rice paddies. It was such a relaxing, serene hotel and I would recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Pu Luong!"

My stay at Hasana Pu Luong was absolute perfection. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, The hot water and Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
Note for late sleepers: the curtains are light to keep the room airy, so bring a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to the morning sun!
The staff is adorable and super helpful, even with long-distance transfers, and their communication via WhatsApp is top-notch.
The restaurant also has a great, extensive menu. The infinity pool is spotless, and the...
The Staff was great, especially the lady who worked at the restaurant and the front desk. I think Bing was her name. The pool was cold but maybe they don't have enough power to heat the pool.
Breakfast was great, nice Pho broth.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Getting to the hotel was easy thanks to their complimentary shuttle service, which runs about every 30 minutes and doesn’t require a reservation. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
It was a lovely room with a sick view, breakfast was great. Ki and Ling were the nicest people and very helpful. The scooters they rented made our trip unforgettable
Such a beautiful area! The hotel was very nice and in good, clean condition. Rooms were very nice as well with great views of the countryside. Made to order breakfast was yummy as well. Service was wonderful.
The staff don't speak much English, but luckily Sinh is there—he speaks English perfectly and helps you with everything.
I highly recommend using the 30-minute free massage and adding a 90-minute session with Chin. It was the best massage experience I’ve ever had; she is very thorough and doesn't miss a single muscle.
The hot swimming pool is great at night, and I loved taking a fresh dip in the morning after a bike ride through the rice fields next to the hotel. The restaurant is great, and...
