Our family stay December 16 through December 19. We stayed one night in La Casita and two nights and Tucano. Both rooms were nice but we love Tucano because we had the Riverview.
We hiked Pico Bonito trail with Richards German shepherds, and just chilled by the pool and the river for the rest of this stay.

It's a pricey hotel, but my wife and I found it worth the money. First of all it seemed like the most modern and secure hotel in the whole city. It's located right on the waterfront, with a giant pool and a bar outside.
The rooms are clean and very spacious, very modern, so the ones who have allergies shouldn't be worried.
The staff is very friendly, most of them speak English. A separate thank you for helping us organize amazing trips to the mountains and thermal waters.
