Hotels in Kampung Melayu

Fitness equipments aren’t complete and a bit outdated. Restaurant for breakfast couldn’t keep up with the number of customers during peak times.

Fantastic hotel with amazingly nice people. The design of the hotel is great, the restaurant is very nice along with the pool. I would for sure recommend this hotel to anyone that desires to sleep in style.

This was our second time staying at the JS Luwansa this year. We love this hotel. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is very well maintained and offers important services like free wifi in the rooms. Also, there's a very good restaurant in the hotel (important because the traffic in Jakarta is very heavy so we didn't want to go out to find a restaurant). We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

very clean. had nice view of pool and city. staff v accommodating.

Small pool

Red level service was excellent

Overall it was good. They do not provide bottled water in the room but they do provide the filtered water in glass bottles. The problem is that the guests cannot assure the cleanliness of that filtered water. I understand that the hotel is aiming the eco-friendly but good clean drinking water should be provided.

Bday gift for my sister and family stayed weekend, thank you for the wonderful services and the cake . They had a blast

Langham Jakarta is amazing from the moment you step through the door. Elegant setting and decor that are only outshined by the incredibly helpful and knowlegeable staff who never missed an opportunity to make me feel welcome. The facilities in the hotel include a choice of 2 pools (inside and out), a beautiful spa, superior dining choices and a great gym. In addition, the hotel and neighborhood are incredibly safe due to security staff of the hotel and nearby financial district security...

Everything was perfect, room, staff, location. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Jakarta.

I like the way they handle their guest, friendly and aimple, Location just the next door so easy to access.

Helpful staff, that held out bagage before and after we checked in/out

Too expensive need more variety of food

Staff is very friendly and smiles a lot. Room was spotless. Wifi was surprisingly weak and didn’t always connect—maybe too many people were connected? Breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious. Sunday was rather busy, but Monday was quieter. Pool is big and fun, but a magnet for families with children.

Newly opened in June 2016, the hotel still has the energy and excitement of Day 1. Rooms are spacious, well lit and cozy. The lobby bar is swanky and romantic (live Paino) and the 20th Floor bar and balcony offer great views while unwinding. But Four Seasons is all about service and you will not be disappointed. If you're deciding on this hotel versus Raffles, then Four Seasons wins. Those are the only hotels I've stayed in at Jakarta.
