We enjoyed the atmosphere, food, facilities and landscape. The rooms and common areas show a nice design. We enjoyed the sauna and spa. The cuisine must be one of the best in the area with a pleasant atmosphere in the dining room and bar, always accompanied by a careful attention. The hotel's location is fantastic with views of the lake, city and volcanoes that is privileged. A highly recommendable experience.
The people working there ware friendly and helpful. The pool area is great, I wish the wood tub was open. One of the things i didnt like was the state of the bathrooms, there are broken and unmatched doors handles.
We arrived at 1 am, and the owner stayed up to meet us, help us with our bags, and settle in. Great overnight stay in a traditional home conveniently located, lake right across the street, with warm, friendly family helping us to enjoy the night. Owner also speaks great English!

Great location overlooking Puerto Varas. Easy 5 minute walk to downtown, the beach and restaurants.
Service at the desk was great and the staff very friendly. Restaurant selections were excellent. Buffet breakfast included hot entre, breads, cereals, juice, fruit and coffee.
Wifi access on 6th floor was poor and very slow to the point of being unusable at times. Access from the restaurant area was good and I used the lounge area when I needed internet access.
