"Really sweet spot just off the beach up a commerce alley. Jishnu the host was very nice and helpful with getting comfortable. Hot shower if you want it - but I’ve learned to love taking cold showers here - and the bathroom was perfectly clean and well appointed. I will be back here at the Gypsy next year for sure."

"Room was fantastic. Great view from the beautiful balcony. Fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Room was very clean, great amenities. Bathroom with walk in shower looked like it was newly renovated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with freshly made omelets. "Most things were really good! Great proximity to the beach and cliffside. Great rooms, nice property, good food, helpful staff. The wifi is unusable. Terrible connection, keeps dropping even in areas with good connection, makes the smart TV useless. Other minor problems: Shower gel is only enough for 1 person/1 shower, have to keep asking them to replace it. Staff woke us up in the afternoon despite a DND sign on the door. "Hotel is located on the main cliff top by the heli pad. Very conviently to walk straight along to the numerous bats and resturants along the cliff front as well as get to the beach. The room was spacious, clean and working AC, fan and a min fridge. Wifi reception was good and overall a pleasant stay at this hotel."

"The property was not actually at the beach. There was construction going on at the back. Water in the pool was stagnant and wasn’t being filtered. And there was a very bad smell in the room. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. The only only thong i liked is the staff."
