Antonio (duty manager at that moment when we arrive) was super friendly, giving us lot of information what to do and where to eat, very nice person that make our stay more unic. The room was beautiful with nice balcony with sea view. We spent the first day at the property using the 2 outdoor pools and the restaurant for lunch and dinner, super nice.
Breakfast was unbelievably nice, never saw before such a selection...

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. The property was very well kept, and the room was clean upon arrival. The marina area with restaurants and stores was a short walk away, I would definitely stay here again.
This was such a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Really enjoyed the sea views from our balcony, the pool and the restaurants. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk and guest services were very helpful in booking tours and dinner reservations. Highly recommend this hotel!

You walk out of the lobby toward the bar & pool deck then down the stairs across the Avenue ( a mostly pedestrian walkway and you're on the Beach ! )
The security of leaving your goodies at the pool while being able to play in the and is a true gift !
Ideally located you can easily walk toward the Marina end ( for some excellent dining ) or toward the Pier end with a bit more exciting night life.

Nice location, close to restaurants and shops. No beach nearby, but pool is nice. Close to the bus to the airport, which also runs through the city centre of Palma. Breakfast is good.

Modern hotel with gorgeous views and a very friendly staff. We were here in the off season so the weather wasn't always cooperating. We look forward to coming back when the weather is warmer and we can stay a few more days.
We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!
From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Finca Ca N'ai we felt relaxed and completely stunned by the beauty of the grounds. Our room was number 6 in the main building. It was spacious, beautiful, private and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is quite delicious with offerings such as assorted fruits, oatmeal, cereals, pastries, baked goods, baguette with meat & cheese, and eggs prepared to your liking. When I was looking for a hotel I wanted to make sure it was close to the beach and this one fit the bill. I was also looking for a family friendly hotel; I just wished I had the schedule earlier. However, my children and I were more concerned about getting to the beach than what the hotel had to offer for children activities.
Our room was wonderful, they provided the three twin beds I wanted. We did have daily housekeeping and when they did come in to clean they did a wonderful job and...
The check in was smooth. Mr. Julian at the reception was very professional, accommodating, and helpful to get us a very nice ocean view room on the 4th floor earlier than the usual check in time The room had a balcony which we enjoyed to watch the sunset. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent with a surprisingly wide variety of high quality buffet and personal custom choices. We will be happy to consider again this hotel in the future.
