The hotel was excellent. Everything is new and clean with a very sleek modern decor that is bright and chic. Lora was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She helped us to park our car, gave great tips for the city, and explained everything we needed to know. The breakfast had amazing Bulgarian ingredients from the farm and from local sources. Wonderful experience. It's a perfect location for events at the Ancient Theater, near great restaurants, a two minute walk from the Kapana shopping area, and central to lots of historical ruins. The hotel itself is great for history buffs with the ruins underneath, which they give daily tours for. The staff and amenities were great as well. Staff were all fluent in English. Would stay there again.

This hotel was wonderful. After reading so many great reviews I decided to stay here for three night. It was the best decision ever! The hotel is situated in a really great area. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are perfect with really beautiful antique pieces with so much charm. The staff is wonderful and they really go out of their way to assist you in anything.
