"We always enjoy our stay at this property. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the property is immaculate. The location offers many places to eat and is a lovely walk after dinner. The casino is well taken care of and the staff and both the hotel and casino are very attentive. The only disappointment was the closure of Lola, the restaurant that used to be in the lobby of the hotel although we enjoyed dinner at Diverso, which is just around the corner."

"Easy and convenient parking. Clean room and friendly staff. Security guard at the entrance and during all day. Clean pool and a cool bar at the pool side. Pretty gardens, excellent to take pretty photos."

"NO HOT WATER"

"The room was somewhat clean but there was no hot water and the property did not look like the pictures in their website. Very disappointed with the hotel. "

"Breakfast was cold but it had good flavor. Recipe mend you have decaf coffee available for guest. Water in the room should have been nice. "

"Mucho olor a humedad , agua fría para bañarse, la de recepción no tenia idea donde es el parque Dora Colon que queda a menos de 10 minutos del hotel , estacionamiento compartido con el hotel Meliá , estaba lleno y nos ofrecieron que pasáramos luego de las 11:00 pm a revisar si ya había estacionamiento, tuvimos que estacionarnos en el de Ponce Plaza por el módico costo de $80.00 por una noche "
