I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Also, breakfast was excellent. I would especially like to thank you to the owner, her attentiveness, and willingness to help truly made my stay more enjoyable. Excellent service like this makes a big difference, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Once you are inside, however, the Pristine Hotel is warm and cozy, the staff always present and helpful, and the room was impeccably clean and comfy. Large room for this price point. We had a pleasant stay with working WiFi and TV, a clean and convenient shower and a quiet neighborhood. It’s away from the city center so no traffic jams slowing our trip to the airport. However no restaurants within walking distance or shops other than at a nearby petrol station. Staff was helpful, but we needed an app to translate English to Russian. I would consider this a nice guesthouse experience that suited our needs at the time.

Solid hotel in central Bishkek, a quick walk to the center of the city and the main sites. Not flashy, and the room had a distinct lack of decor—we suspected the hotel had been retrofitted from some kind of other building originally. But clean, and nice. Great breakfast bar and the hotel is attached to one of the most popular restaurants in town, Navat. Also easy access to other good restaurants and a coffee shop across the street. Recommended.
