"The hotel has very good and clean facilities, with three swimming pools, a private beach, and plenty of activities, especially for children. The food is average and somewhat repetitive. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and I would especially like to mention Hamza, one of the reception staff. The location is excellent, close to the marina, the corniche, Carthage Land, and the Aqua Park"

"I had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the entire team for their excellent hospitality. A special thanks to Hanadi or nadim (I hope I remembered the name correctly) at reception, who was extremely helpful during the check-in process and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Cyrine, Guest Relations Manager, and Med Aziz from Guest Relations for their kindness, professionalism, and valuable recommendations on places to visit and things to do in Hammamet. They truly looked after me throughout my stay, checking in with me every day to make sure everything was perfect and that I was enjoying my holiday. Their care and attention made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. Special thanks as well to Walid and the lovely team at the pool bar for their friendly service and for making my time there so enjoyable. Overall, all the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their dedication and positive attitude made my stay truly memorable.
