"Modern hotel in a good safe location with mini market a few meters away and plenty of decent restaurants within a short walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Particular praise for Nilza on reception who was a great help organising taxis etc. No bar or restaurant on site though there is a coffee shop adjoining which offers breakfast & lunch every day except Monday."

"They say a three star hotel with five star services. I would agree. Very convenient in Polana. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with everything i needed. Several choices for places to relax and eat. Great menu and wonderful breakfast included with the price. "
