"We only stayed overnight. Everything was clean and tidy. The coffee & tea facilities was a nice touch and the continental breakfast was an added bonus. It's very good value for money and so close to the train station which was perfect. I would definitely recommend it"

The location of the Pullman Brisbane Airport could not be more convenient or more easily accessed from the Brisbane Airport Terminals by either talking the walkway from the airport or taking one of the transport options located at the hotel. I was in Brisbane for 28 hours, arriving at 5 am on a red eye flight from Perth, flying to the US the next morning. I dropped my bags at the hotel and took an Uber into town, returning around 3 pm. Dropping off the bags at 6 am was seamless and pedestrian access to the hotel was reasonably good (although it's a bit of a hike from the train station or domestic terminal, with less than perfect signage).

This place is a gem. The room was modern. Spacious and very clean. Check-in was very easy and fast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We flew in from overseas and had to get Rapid Antigen Covid test kits but because we came in very late it would've been impossible to find a place to go buy these test kits late at night. We phoned reception at the hotel the day before and asked if they know where we would be able to buy these test kits at night. The lady at reception (Helen) offered...
The hotel is very nice. I specifically booked this hotel because it stated on the booking website that it had an airport shuttle; highlighting this as "a rare find". Very disappointed to find on our arrival that it did not have a shuttle and cost an additional $80 in transport fees.
Our room was a fabulous king suite with balcony views. The location was excellent. We stayed just one night before flying out the next morning so we did not have time to enjoy the hotel as much as we'd like.
Was so good, totally recommend,one of the best hotels o have stayed at for the Price,will be staying here from now on, loved it, pool awesome to, really comfy beds very large open space.
