Beautiful property. There are several towers (suites, rooms and bungalows) several restaurants and each one has different menu). I did not have all included, so you will need to put your credit card for food, drinks, snacks, groceries because the hotel is cashless. Everyone was nice from the moment we got picked up at the airport until we were returned. There is great security agents all over the property, and I love the idea of walking on the trails and also having a golf cart available. ...

Overall nice hotel. Right on the beach! It is a taxi ride to Rodadero or Santa Marta, so you can't just walk a block to buy necessities so that's a little far inconvenient. The service in the restaurant is very poor. I talked to the head chef about it he apologized and sent a birthday cake up to the room for my wife. Very thoughtful. I think next time we will get a hotel in downtown Santa Marta the city is so picturesque! STAY AWAY FROM RODADERO that place is. Cesspool!

The staff at this location is absolutely phenomenal! We stayed for 2 weeks and by the time we left it felt as if we were leaving family. The ocean and beach here is beautiful! The owners are excellent. They attend to any requests. They speak many languages. Rooms are clean, quiet, with fan and air conditioning The property beach is lovely. If walk down to the fishing village unfortunately it is littered with garbage and animal feces. Sadly this is present in many countries. Hopefully with time and education this global problem of pollution will be solved. But the hotel is very relaxing and tranquil with lovely owners. Food is perfection!!!!
