A friend recommended this hotel and it is excellent. The rooms are spotless and very modern. Great facilities - a rooftop jacuzzi, spa, bar with live music. The staff have all been helpful. The theme of the hotel is all organic which is unique. There is a nice area for shopping and dining within walking distance.
Cozy all-suites hotel in a very walkable and safe neighborhood. Quiet, cozy apartments with nice park and city views on the three upper floors. Comfy comforters and relatively warm rooms for those cold Bogota nights. Amazing internet speeds well above US standards! Plenty of free parking in a secure garage that is less cramped than most Bogota hotel garages. Beautiful views from the roof deck. Looking forward to staying again.
Always a great choice for us. We stayed at the Sonesta Bogota 3 times and once in Pereira for 2022. Even though I am from Colombia, living in the USA has made me spoiled when it comes to hotels, to be more specific, softer mattresses and the option of air conditioning. Plenty of food options within walking distance and if you like beer like I do, there is a Beer Pub with an entrance from the lobby. The Sonesta is in my top 3 stays for Bogota and is very reasonably priced for all that is offered.
Amazing! Brand new property with impeccable design and outstanding service. Loved the room decor and the huge bathrooms! The hotel restaurant has a great vibe and is delicious. Breakfast buffet was really good and great service as well. The location is perfect, looking out on the park and with tons of restaurant options just below the hotel or in walking distance.
My 2nd stay at this wonderful hotel - a home away from home. A car from the hotel was waiting for me at the airport. Carlos at the front desk remembered me from my stay back in March 2015. I was upgraded into the best suite in the house, with fresh flower arranagements as well as a balcony. The suite was clean and wonderfully maintained in freshness. It had a lovely spa. It was a little too cold to use the pool, though. It was the perfect spot on a quiet street far from the traffic, but next to many restaurants. The breakfast was really good, with lots of options. Dinner was also really good with a guitarist and a flamingo dancer/singer.
This is now my "go to" hotel in Bogota. I shall return on a regular basis. The rooms are spectacular, and so is the breakfast (I had eggs Benedict every morning), the exercise facilities, and, of course, the spa. The shopping and restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel are indeed plentiful. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, approachable, and friendly. This should be your "go to" hotel in Bogota, as it now is for me.
