"My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon at Excellence Oyster Bay and have nothing but AMAZING things to say. The beach was beautiful - quiet, secluded, and kept so clean. The food was great, especially loved The Lobster House and Spice (specifically the Hibachi). Most importantly, the staff was INCREDIBLE. So personable and genuinely kind people. The entertainment team - specifically Martin, Tomayo, Jordanique, Rick, and Pauline - always had us laughing throughout the day and are pretty convincing when it came to participating in the activities throughout the day. Our very first dinner (and our very last) was at the Lobster House with Dave. He was attentive and offered exceptional service. Ricardo and De'andre were also great! Sherica at the front desk was amazing. Organized and charismatic. The perfect person to have as soon as you walk into the resort. Kefirya was the perfect host. Welcoming, kind, and checked in on us throughout our meal. Last but not least - the bartenders. Outstanding people that kept both our drinks (and hearts) full throughout our stay. Junior, Kishnoy, Rivarrio, Alex, and Jose-Anne. So fun to talk to and so great at their jobs. We have never had a better experience at an all-inclusive resort than at Excellence. They made our honeymoon so special and we are truly thankful! We are hoping to come back one day."

"Checking was a breeze, Front desk agents very accommodating room was immaculate and fresh. food is great, tasty, delicious. dining staff all marvelous, attentive, polite and very helpful. The entertainment group was on point, lovely joyful activities. Over all the place was super clean, beautiful and relaxing. If you want to be pampered home away from home, this is the place to be. "

"We went a couple months after the hurricane but the resort was still absolutely beautiful and everyone was working so hard on getting it back together while still providing a great atmosphere! We loved our stay here and the food was amazing at every restaurant! "

"Staff was fantastic; truly a joy to have them around. Property was good for the price, although slightly damaged due to a recent hurricane. (Hot water didn't work until the last day I was there, but it's fixed now.) Area around the villa is pretty much "other villas" - you'll need either to rent a car, take a taxi, or walk down to the gas station to catch the bus if you want to get so the local tourist attractions. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent - traditional Jamaican cuisine (boiled plantains, potatoes, saltfish, sausage, dumplings, etc.) cooked really well. Dinner was extra ($10/person), but also consistently good. While I ate as much jerk chicken as I could throughout the day, I didn't feel any real need to try OTHER places, as the villa food was more than sufficient. This is very much a villa to stay at if you want go get away from crowds and stereotypical touristy locations."

"This is truly a family-friendly resort. The staff members are very welcoming, attentive, patient, and kind. The grounds of this beachfront property are beautiful. The suites are spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious and the chef considered my dietary restrictions. Every meal was a treat. I wasn't expecting a Thanksgiving Day dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The food, music, decor, and family atmosphere at the Thanksgiving Day dinner were wonderful. There are daily activities for all age groups. I enjoyed sitting on my suite's balcony looking at the ocean and listening to the waves. My son worked out in the gym. It was a great vacation experience."
