"Everything was amazing at the Caribe Hilton. The Staff were all super kind and helpful. My family and I had the BEST time ever- seriously, one of my favorite trips of all time. The resort was fantastic, the pools, the beach, the room, hot tubs, the garden/pond, the variety of restaurants and shops. We also had a wonderful time snorkeling with Aqua Adventures, right on the property. We will definitely be back! The only 2 things I will note for improvement, is the room balcony could use just a bit of TLC and it would've been awesome if the Pool bar stayed open until 10pm, like the pool hours. Was just a little bit annoying have to walk inside the Hotel lobby to get drinks after 7pm, all wet from the Hot tub LOL. But really wasn't a huge deal, I was still having incredible fun. "I have stayed few times at Embassy’s, I was surprised that PR locations doesn’t have the waffle maker like other locations, my bathroom door lock did not work, hot water never work and for the last I woke up with a lot of bites, I’m assuming bed bugs this visit was really disappointing hopefully next time will be better. "

"My son and I had an excellent stay at the hotel!. It is only blocks away from the beach and walkable to many of the places that was on my list to visit. Conveniently accessible to Old San Juan via uber (under $10). I would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the location is close to everything. The only thing they should improve is the cleanliness in the pool area; there were plastic cups in the pool, and the floor where the sun loungers are located had mud between the bricks."
