It was a perfect stay for a 3 day travel

Warm Chilian hospitality-balked at welcoming us after all nighting into Santiago from Miami-but "rushed " our room ready within two hours of arrival. Great location-walking to everywhere important except one restaurant a must- La Mer -a cab ride away. Great rooms-super bathrooms-ice delivery a little slow but "it gets there !! I repeated my stay on the way home-they deserved it !

Situated on an unremarkable street, Hotel Boutique Matildas stands out as a beautifully renovated and architecturally important reminder of an elegant and bygone era. For my wife and I, it was great to see wonderfully carved wooden banisters, ultra high ceilings having intricate crown moldings. Don't think about it, just book this hotel!! The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. From the moment we arrived we felt a connection to the staff and hotel. They assisted in our excursion plans and dinner selections, and all turned out perfect. I have to rate this hotel Five Stars for all aspects of what you look for when visiting a foreign location. We were only there overnight, but we were able to check in early and were upgraded to the Towers at no extra charge. Every staff member we met was very polite and could not have been any more helpful.

Clean, classic hotel with great service. Very convenient to central city sights, but also on the fringe of a sketchy neighborhood. Unfortunately the locals choose to express their selves with lots of graffiti along the streets, which distracts from the charm of the hotel and area.

Some of staff was bilingual, and ready to assist us at all times during the day and night. The other staff such as security guards were attentive and also ready to assist with whatever was needed. The room very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast very good and we ate dinner in the restaurant one night. It was delicious and the staff was also very kind and attentive. This hotel was very convenient to shopping, the subway and the bus station. Highly recommend.

We love the location of this hotel, which is very convenient. However, the check in process was frustrating. The hotel staff refused to check in anyone before the official 3PM check-in time, even at 2:30PM. We understand not all the rooms are available before 3PM. This is the first hotel we've ever stayed showed such inflexibility.

It was a great location, and the staff was super friendly. It is 5 minutes from the airport. My only recommendation is to have their shuttle running more often. It runs every hour.

Central location. Great view. Very nice accommodations. Would stay again. NOTE: the entrance is confusing to get to, especially after hours, since you need to access the plaza via the walkway at the parking garage entrance in the side street (in a dodgy area). Access from near the metro station is the usual way but this gets gated off at night.

Hotel Brasilia was good value for the money. It is centrally located. Visitors might be surprised by the number of graffitis in the area, but it is safe. We walked all the time during the day. The hotel followed the COVID-19 protocols quite well. Mask is required, and breakfast is brought to the room. The staff has always been helpful.
