"The room was very spacious and always clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb with a huge choice of hot and cold foods and planty of different beverages. We had a fantastic 4 days at the hotel, there outside space was fantastic in the evenings with a couple of glasses of wine"

The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel.
Very affordable and clean. Be aware the hotel is outdated but dont let that deter you. Still very good in a very walkable are and plaza mall is across the street.
I work for Marriott in California USA, and I have to admit one of the reason why I chose this hotel was due to the fact that it is a Marriott hotel. I am pleased to say that my stay here has been fantastic and the staff and extrmemly helpful and friendly. I look forward to my next visit and to enjoy my stay with this hotel again.
The hotel is a modern small hotel in short walking distance to the old town, the light rail and the metro station. Very comfortable bed, air conditioning and breakfast.
My time at the Pullman Bucharest was wonderful. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made me smile every time I walked through it. The staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated my room request without any problem. The restaurants were great. The Steakhouse was superb, and the food available at the bar was also delicious. Huge, spacious rooms, good breakfast and nice sitting area out front. Helpful staff and has elevator, great shower, AC, TV with over 100 channels.
Our stay was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location and the hotel staff was extremely responsive when we dealt with flight delays that impacted our stay. There is no staff onsite but they were easy to reach via WhatsApp. The room was very large and we loved the artsy decor - so fun!
We loved our stay at the Époque. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the spa was an additional treat! The breakfast was also superb. We would definitely return!
