Amazing hotel with VERY HELPFUL staff. Girl friend forgot where she parked the car, then to top it off she lost the keys. Hotel staff tried to open car once they found it. They were unsuccessful so they arranged a locksmith to open it and make a new key.
WOW WOW WOW, I am a pilot and stay in hotels all over the USA. I have been here to Philippines 4 times and this is the most amazing place I have stayed yet. I know its new but it is defiantly a top notch Marriot. All the staff are so amazing and personal. I enjoy all the updated features, ac is perfect, lights are bright and work, shower has HOT Water one thing most hotels here DON'T HAVE ANY OF!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for a great place with all the quality imagined.
Radisson Red is so nice and clean.Staff are nice, helpful and accommodating We have the family room which we have the king size bed and 2 single beds. Rooms were spacious and very clean. It’s next to a mall and grocery stores, restaurants near by. Definitely will stay and recommend this place.
Great location coz it’s attached to Robinsons. I loved it that they call taxi for you & write down # along with your room #. Felt very safe & the hotel was very spacious & clean.

I really liked this hotel. Stayed in Cebu for a month. Used this as my home base while traveling around to some different locations. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant had good good. I was really impressed with the free breakfast also. Not some garbage buffet, they actually serve you like a regular restaurant and you order which breakfast you want. The service and rooms of the hotel are very nice and clean. The buffet is amazing as well as the roof top pool and bar. This hotel has a lot of nice amenities and the view was outstanding from the room we had. The only thing I could say I didn’t like is when I go outside and walk to the mall across the street, as soon as you turn the corner the smell is awful. I also tried the steakhouse and the food was amazing!! Cooked the way I ordered!! I would definitely stay again.

What is there not to like about this property. Ive been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years and the only thing i can say is that the hotel and its staff is awesome! The location is great since its only a 15 min walk to the Ayala Mall and there is a 7-11 right next door to it. The breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of food and drinks.
