Very easy for tired travelers. Everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice bathroom. Definitely recommend.

This is a hidden gem for San Isidro. Good road to access property. Friendly staff. Beautifuly landscaped property. Clean rooms. Hot shower. Comfortable beds and pillows. The pools are clean. One is deep with slides and and a jumping ledge. The restaurant and bar area has good food a drinks along with pool, air hockey, and foosball. Don't let the negative reviews for covid years deter you to book this place. It's awesome.

Peaceful place with a great vibe. The hosts Lily and Alex, their family, Morgan and all the staff, are just lovely people with a great spirit. Spent 8 days there, just sorry it couldn't be longer. The food at their restaurant 'Sud" is incredible, organic eggs, homemade jams of all sorts, the lamb chops, not to mention the deserts were among my favorites.

If you are looking for a cool atmosphere and to meet other travelers this is your place! Great location between the waterfalls and the beach. Friendly staff, good food, and a great vibe! I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were clean and well-equipped. Staff was very friendly. Very convenient to beach and the hotel even has a handy tide chart posted daily so you know when you can walk to the whale tail. Fabulous and convenient

Lovely little riverfront casitas. It’s a bit removed from restaurants and bars but it gives you the option to prepare your own meals or the hosts provide some food offerings as well. Everything is in great condition and well thought out. Our stay here was great. It was so relaxing going to sleep with the sounds of the river.

We loved living very simple for 6 days there. Great location, food was amazing, the people were so sweet and went out of their way time after time and delivered a fabulous experience.

A beautiful resort hidden on a winding dirt road atop a hill set among the trees and wildlife with an exceptional view of the Pacific Ocean below. I was in CR for 7 nights - my best stay and value was at Hotel del Sur. I couldn't find the place upon my arrival - thank goodness Stephanie at the front desk spoke great English and was able to guide me to the hotel. I came to learn all of the front desk staff spoke good English actually. Not only did Stephanie help me find the place, but she was super friendly and accomodating regardless of my late hour arrival. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Amazing property, well thought out comfy beds with fans / power / lights for each….. two different density pillows! There is a nice path to the river and comfy chairs to lounge in. Owners are super friendly and communication was easy. Parking lot is on the left side of the road about 100 feet before you reach the property on the right side of the road.
