This modest hotel property has made sone excellent decisions about where to focus their efforts and it shows. Check in and check out were efficient and friendly, the instruction sheet and binder were extremely clear, and everything in the room worked. Yes, parts of the property are a bit dated, but it's centrally located, has a pool, hot tub and sauna, and has a staffed breakfast room. We'll stay there again.

This B&B is located on the outskirts of Kelowna, which makes access to the B&B very easy (less than 15 minutes to airport, and less than 15 minutes to downtown). This hotel is in a great location by Okanagan Lake which is super convenient for a nice long walk after driving. Restaurants are in walking distance (Earl's Kitchen was great for dinner). I like hotels where I can park close to the room but ours was upstairs unfortunately. Parking was free, but no breakfast included. This seems to be an older establishment that has simply gotten a quirky paint job.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the price was within our budget. The room was clean and very spacious which was good because we had lots of bags.We felt safe during our stay and there are many places close by for food options and for shopping.
