The hotel is only a few months old and everything is new, fresh and nicely decorated. The hotel staff are absolutely amazing. I was dealing with bureaucracy while in Jakarta and the staff was on the phone with various people serving as translators for me. They were always kind and pleasant and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was pleasant.
