The breakfast provided was excellent and very filling. The instant coffee was good and they give new fresh towels every morning, you just need to ask. The blankets are fluffy and warm. You can dry your clothes at a portable drying line. There is also a very deep tub and the shower system is well maintained. Received an upgrade for my room. The front desk was nice and friendly. Breakfast is ok for commercial customers. Location is good because it is near the subway station and also a lot of restaurants opened til midnight.

We have stayed in long-term accommodations near Yeouido and Gangnam multiple times, but this is the first time we’ve experienced such an exceptional combination of friendliness, convenience, and comprehensive facilities. While the nearby Conrad Hotel offers similar conditions, we were dissatisfied with their service and would instead recommend the Fairmont Hotel to others.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It was conveniently located next to a train/subway station (access to 2 lines) which is accessible via the bridge walkway. There is also the Sinyongsan station across the street from that which gives you access to even more lines. The hotel and staff are amazing. Excellent service, the room is spacious and clean. Very accessible to transportation and about 10 mins walk to Hongdae. Convenience stores are also within 3 mins walk. I will definitely always recommend this hotel and stay here again.
