Very clean. We chose a smaller room and it had everything we needed without losing character or feeling cramped. Restaurant was very good, albeit expensive. The continental breakfast was nice. Inn has been beautifully restored- a lot of care and time went into the choices. We really enjoyed the breakfast area view and sunshine. Nice trail behind the Inn- goes 14 miles if you have the time and energy!!

Stayed 6 nights while transitioning to a permanent move to the area and it was an ideal hotel for that purpose. Location was great...near shopping, eateries, highways. Although we didn't try it, there's even a restaurant/pub (with a pool table) in the hotel that's open evenings. Room was super comfortable and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly. Hot breakfast in a large breakfast area was key. I don't have a single complaint...well, an ottoman for the armchair in the room would've been nice. ...
Given that it was later in the season, I was able to take advantage of a special autumn rate offered by the hotel which included the breakfast buffet, which was great. We found this Inn by Google. Later in the day, tired of driving. Looking for a pretty, inexpensive place to stay. Found it here. Not sure why people would pay 50% more to stay in Cooperstown.
Best of all was the free canoes which we used prior to checking out. If I were to come back to this area I would certainly stay more...
Our family stayed in multiple rooms for 2 nights in April during spring break so we could visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The hotel was one week new and in a great location. The staff was friendly, helpful and on point. They really did a great job with the guests. The pool is an average size, nice, heated, and there is an outdoor space as well. For anyone who walks daily, there is a nice space around the hotel along the creek. They have a daily continental breakfast that worked out...
My boyfriend and I stumbled across this little gem of a bed-and-breakfast on our way back home! The rooms were so eclectic and the house itself has so much character! Matt is an amazing host and a great chef. We highly recommend you stop and check this place out!
We were only there for a short one night stay, but I would absolutely come back. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. Wonderful to have the option to do laundry, which I took advantage of. The pool was a bit small, but clean and welcoming. The gym was perfect. The people are friendly here the real nice to you they keep their hotel clean to help you out when you need it it's the best place to anybody can come and be they help you out a lot of things and they're always polite around people they understand you if you need anything it will get it for you if they have it your patient and honest with you
