"I had a wonderful five-night stay here! The location was easily my favorite part. COEX Mall, Starfield Library, and Hyundai Department Store were all within easy walking distance, so there was always somewhere to shop, eat, or explore without having to travel far.
I love walking, and this was a great base for my daily walks around Samseong-dong and Gangnam. I especially enjoyed exploring the neighborhood in the evenings. Being able to come back to the hotel for a break and head out again so...

Definitely an urban location with small rooms, but the price is reasonable and the location is great...very near a subway stop and a very large underground mall. Staff was always super helpful. Our room was comfortable...the mattress was great! The shower was great. There was little space for luggage or to spread things out. Otherwise, this was a great place."

No real idea of location and pleasantly surprised. Quite close to a major station which was a plus. Trains and taxis supper economical.
Breakfast was quite nice and pretty authentic. Free ramen in the evening was appreciated.
Onsen was small but never crowded , and very appealing.
Pillow was on the rock hard end however. Room as expected was snug.

If you want to give your credit card some exercise, head out to Garden5 Shopping Mall in Songpa-gu. Why not take a stroll along the riverfront and watch the sunset while you're here? It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. Splash some more cash at Munjeong Rodeo Street and Garak Market.
Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.
The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. Our stay at Hotel in 9 was fantastic! The location couldn’t be more convenient — Starbucks is right next door, and COEX Mall is within easy walking distance. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable.
The rooms were spotless, modern, and just the right size for two people. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful after long days out exploring Seoul.
