Room was nice and comfortable and in a quiet top floor corner setting, only slightly marred for tranquillity by a loud minibar that we had difficulty turning off (eventually found the right switch in the middle of the night). "Perfect location about 7 minutes walk from the station and less than 5 minutes walk to Canal Grande. Very easy to follow instructions on how to check in as it was after the manned reception hours. Great view from the balcony so you can relax, enjoy the weather and the views of the Adriatic. Would definitely stay here agin."
