Amazing value and location. The reception was friendly and helpful, the room was perfect for what we needed: clean, two beds, cold air conditioning and close to everything. Very easy and short walk from the metro station. Great vibe from the surrounding neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants within a few minutes of the hotel. It was nice having a driver (Francesco) recommended by Casa Hosteno take us to the unit from the airport. Otherwise, it would have been tricky to find. This is in a very convenient location with access to all the shops and restaurants. Despite that, the unit is very quiet and comfortable.
Lovely B&B, and the owner was helpful and pleasant. For a tourist expecting the convenience of a modern hotel, this might be a challenge. But the location was great and we were happy with our stay.
The location is in a central part of Naples, everything is within a walking distance. Adry the host, is an unbelievable person, very kind and helpful. The rooms are in excellent condition and beautiful. I will definitely return.
This was a lovely stay in a convenient area with excellent staff! The place was well maintained and nicely decorated. The host Antonio was very warm and accesssible, providing restaurant recommendations and organizing taxi pickups for our departure. Highly recommend for tourists visiting Naples.
I strongly recommend staying at Palazzo Doria Napoli. The hotel is an experience unto itself. It was conveniently located (short taxi ride from the airport and to the central train station), including walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. The rooms were incredibly clean, decadent, and stylish. The staff were responsive and offered helpful recommendations for dining, and navigating locally.

Wonderful and friendly hostess greeted us with a welcome refreshment and a description of some of the areas that we may want to visit during our short stay. Due to an availability we were upgraded to a slightly larger room with a lovely balcony and view. She recommended restaurants and even sent us with a to go breakfast snack due to our early check out. Very Clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for advice. Breakfast was included and there was a nice offering. I was going on a cruise and the port was only a 5 min drive away. I had the single room which was small but perfect for me. Nice size bathroom. Had a balcony as well. I would defiantly stay here again!
Our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again. We arrived early and the staff did everything they could to have the room ready, which was much appreciated, since we were exhausted. We weren’t expecting it to be ready, but the fact that they went above and beyond to accommodate, was the best start to our stay!

This hotel is absolutely delicious in every way, except finding it.
Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all.

The location was excellent. It was very well maintained. There is a kitchenette if you are inclined to cook. It also has a washer and dryer which was handy. Luigi provides all essential amenities. He was very responsive with any inquiries. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Our stay was fantastic.
