"Hotel was a great location for us in our stay in Quito. Hotel is in need of maintenance and some love and care but we were generally happy with the facilities. Good location and has potential if it is upgraded.
Breakfast was very good and great views from the room.
Outdoor pool and gymnasium good for exercise and weary travellers."
"Very good location with excellent facilities. The hotel is about 15min táxi ride from the históricas centre. The concierge (Sr.Fernando) can organize Nice tours to the mountains and good advices.
The hotel has some excellent restaurantes"
"Beautiful hotel and the staff were extremely helpful. They communicated with me a lot beforehand to help with checking in and my transfer from the Quito airport."
"Amazing service! They allowed us to store our luggage for 4 days when we went to the Galapagos - made that trip so much easier! Great breakfast, menu service for other meals. Bar mixes great drinks. Stay was perfect!!"
"The location is good. Staff were friendly and bilingual. The food offered in the restaurant was excellent quality and service impeccable. After a bad experience with a local B&B, this felt like heaven. Highly recommend."

This hotel is a gem! It seems like a 5 star retreat. We checked in extremely late due to our international flight and a simple email to the hotel was responded with assurances our room would be waiting, and it was. The lobby and room was always impeccable. I cannot say enough about the staff! At one point I had difficulty with an ATM across the street and mentioned it to Martin at the front desk and this gentleman went above and beyond by contacting the bank that owned the ATM and consistently...
We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite... 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Excellent unit. A/C worked perfectly. The dryer actually got hot and dried our clothes. The kitchen was fully stocked with a real coffeemaker (not the horrible single pod that most hotels now use). There was a full size refrig and freezer with ice trays. Housekeeping cleaned the unit daily. Shower always had hot water and water pressure was strong. You have access to the Marriott hotel connected... benefit of using the...
The hotel makes a nice stay over when transiting via Quito to the Galapagos or other destination in Ecuador. Staff and service were great, very welcoming and helpful. We ate dinner in the Botanica Restaurant and found the service and quality excellent (try the Tempura Shrimp entree). The heated book was very welcome and while we did not have time to use it, the fitness center was large with a great selection of modern equipment.
The Executive Lounge was nice with a protected outdoor sitting...
This is an adorable hotel located in the mariscal neighborhood. With a late flight we didn't arrive to our hotel until around 1:00 am, but there was still a person working the front desk waiting for us. Check in and out was a breeze and they have a secure front gate that can be buzzed to let you in. Each room has individual wifi routers which ensures that you should be able to connect to the internet anywhere in the hotel. The breakfast in the morning is large and everyone working there were...
Besides being a clean, beautiful and comfortable hotel, the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTRODINARY. I forgot my family's passports and money in the hotel safe and left for the airport which is 40 min away. I didn't realize my mistake until I was in the airport terminal with only 1 hour before our flight. Le Parc was SO ON TOP OF IT that they noticed my mistake and DROVE MY PASSPORT/MONEY TO THE AIRPORT and found me in the terminal. I was in shock and it was unbelievable! It was something that only...
Its a decent mid-range full service hotel with a restaurant. Staff is very helpful and attentive. It’s in an area that’s rough after dark but there’s a guard 24/7 and the staff is very protective. Nice hotel, clean and mid-update. No complaints.
My colleague and I had the most wonderful experience at Swissotel, Quito! The staff were amazing, the facilities are beautiful and the location is also great. I would definitely love to visit again!
Special shout out to Orlando who really took care of us! He’s a superstar and provided the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced!
Thanks guys! Hope to see you all again some day!
NH Collection Quito was an oasis. Rooms were super clean and spacious. The front desk gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We had stayed in the historic center the week before. We were really glad we came to this area for a change.
Every thing was great except when smoke from the smoking area came into dining area; they should install a fan to further provide escape of smoke from smoking area.
It was a lovely hotel in the heart of 'La Mariscal'!
I was traveling by myself (female) and found it very safe to walk around the area to Plaza Foch (just 1-2 minute walk from the hotel) to get a bite to eat or hail a taxi or go for a drink.
The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room was really nice and clean and also the bathroom was just lovely and clean to use.
The hotel even let me store my luggage free of charge when I went to stay at Banos for 1...
The entire hotel is fresh, new, very tastefully decorated, very roomy, quiet and comfortable. In a quiet neighborhood, but just a short walk to great restaurants and nightlife.
This was possibly the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. We were greeted warmly at check-in, the hotel manager was very helpful and courteous, the facilities were beautiful and in excellent condition, and the breakfast was exceptionally good.
Hotel Finlandia has great staff that speak English and Spanish. The rooms offer ample space with adequate closet space. The bathroom was nicely appointed with a large shower and a small countertop. The Hotel has good security and the elevators only open at your floor (activated by the room key). The bed and pillows were a bit more firm than I am used to, but certainly comfortable enough. The location is great, next to Parque Carolina and only 2 blocks from a large modern mall (Quicentro). ...
