"Room was clean "

"The staff were amazing as was eveything about this Hotel. From the spectacular views to the walks surrounding it, it was amazing. Our room / apartment was huge and spacious with a wrap around balcony. If we had any criticisms it would be the pillows were slighty uncomfortable and that my wife did struggle with some food choices being Gluten and Dairy free (this seems to be the case throughtout Austria though). But the food we all did have was fantastic."

"We stayed here for two nights. The room was clean, and we appreciated the variety of food offered at the complimentary breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating — as we needed to check out early on the last day, we asked if we could have breakfast on the check-in day instead, and they were happy to arrange this for us. The hotel has a hostel-style setup, with shared facilities such as a refrigerator, kettle, and can opener. Reception closes at 3:00pm. The location is convenient, as it is close to Steeg-Gosau train station, making it easy for travellers heading to Hallstatt by train (Steeg-Gosau is just one stop from Hallstatt). The cost is much lower than the accommodations in Hallstatt, so we really recommend it to anyone who would like to visit the place!"

"The hotel was very clean throughout the property. The spa had 3 different saunas and plenty of relaxation rooms in the common area. A private sauna inside the room. The manager couple takes pride of their hard work. Breakast buffet provides good selection of local bread and variety of pastries and cold cuts. The dining area has nice atmosphere with good view of the mountain peaks. We would stay again."

"Excellent Hotel centrally located in town! Rooms were large and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using their spa very much. The staff was very friendly, especially Jan at the front desk. He arranged a to-go lunch for our early morning check out."
