Very convenient place to stay with Shinyurigaoka station close by. Room and facility are very clean and quiet. Shops and restaurants near by are excellent. Staff is always friendly.

Room: Spacious at 30m2. Mattress and pillows comfortable. Non-opening windows, blackout curtains. Electrical outlets "A"-type ("B" in bathroom), USB at bedside. Bedside light switches labeled in English, analog clock, full-length mirror, mini-fridge, hot-water kettle, coffee fixings, pajamas; closet with luggage-stand, six hangers, usual Japanese range of accessories (clothing brush, spray, shoehorn, slippers). The location near Haneda Airport was excellent. The hotel offered a great breakfast, and there were many convenience stores just a short walk away. The rooms were small, but very clean. The train station was a few minutes walk from the hotel, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.
I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,
1 min. from the underground station and 1 stop to Haneda Airport terminal 3 . Very convenient for early flight , nice italian restaurant ang good food.
We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).
Compact as you’d expect in Tokyo area but jam packed with all the essentials. Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee as well.

Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo.
The hotel's ambiance was simply beautiful, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for a city known for compact spaces. Its prime location, just a 5-minute walk from a JR line, made navigating Tokyo incredibly convenient.
