Brand new and clean and efficient

Quick check-in and efficient staff.

The breakfast was good. Lots of options. I would recommend the blueberry waffles! Nice room.

The front desk staff was amazing. They were super friendly and got me in to my rolm very quickly.

Good location. Nice hotel. Clean and the right price. Hampton Inn is a good deal.

The Derby City Gaming & Hotel was so clean! I felt secure with the safety to access my floor. The staff (Keke) was very welcoming and made check-in great. Bonus: I love to watch the horses train in the morning.

The staff were great! Very accommodating and attentive to my needs. The room was cozy and clean. Very inviting.

Very clean hotel, modern facility. Felt safe as a female solo traveler.

Great stay clean rooms had a great time

Excellent, 100% recommended 👍

The staff was excellent! The facility was pretty good, it could use a few upgrades. But nothing major. The area around the hotel was kinda suspicious looking, but that’s just my opinion. I would definitely stay again, if I’m in Louisville.

Palatial building and furnishings with a staff that far exceeds expectations. World class Dining

We were traveling with our 2 young children. I read a LOT of reviews and after looking for an hour and half i finally settled on this one and booked it. I was impressed. Check in was easy. We arrived at 3:30 am and there was a girl at the desk. After checking in I went out and got the children and our overnight bag and went it. We were on the first floor. It was easy to access. I didn't look around much because we were extremely tired. I closed the curtains and hung the "do not disturb" sign...

Great

Easy to find and the parking was convenient. A bit challenging to figure out where to get in the hotel and to know that the lobby is on the 2nd floor. Luckily another hotel goer was going in when we got there and helped us! The hotel room was great. All the amenities you needed, plus some, like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bed was facing the window, which was unique. Really nice place.

The staff was amazing! We traveled from Wisconsin to Kentucky and got there way ahead of schedule and they were nice enough to accommodate us for another day. Absolutely loved the staff! They were so helpful and so sweet! I highly recommend them, Definitely plan on staying here again when we travel to Kentucky.

Wonderfully quiet facility even though you're so close to the airport. The rooms were very spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and neat as a pin. Holiday Inn really has an eye for detail and does it right. Front desk was pleasant, but not bubbly. This could be improved.
