The staff was super friendly and accommodating. When we had trouble communicating due to language barrier they used Google Translate for support. Highly recommend!!
What a wonderful hotel. The staff is terrific. Location perfect. Room was great. And the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. I'd be happy to stay there again.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a warm beautiful homey feeling. The patio is warm and earthy. The breakfast media lunas and dulces de leche were phenomenal. Clean and well kept with a super comfortable bed. Large rooms with plenty of closet space and great water pressure in the shower. Perfect boutique hotel with great restaurants and boutique shops. One of the best hip areas in Buenos Aires. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Argentina.
The staff is really terrific...knowledgable, helpful, friendly and English is good, too. They were very helpful
in getting us started and kept us going to places and things we might not have gone to. Take their bus
excursion, I think $50 in cash....better than others. Change money in blue...up the main shopping street there is a small "street Mall" with cameras in the window, go into the mall and there is an exchange room there...safe, honest, quick. Gotta have a steak (maybe more than...
This was a great find. Location was excellent with many eateries and sights close by. Minutes from the theater district. Safe area to walk at night. The service by the hotel staff is second to NONE.
We stayed a the Smart Hotel for a full week on our two-week trip to Argentina. This hotel beat my high expectations and was such a perfect place if you're looking to stay in Palermo. The hotel design is beautiful and our room 401 was amazing with a large patio, view of the pool, and jacuzzi. Also, the pool was incredible and spent a lot of time there, so refreshing during those hot summer days in BA! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful boutique hotel with a pool and...
This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at, it is nicer than 400 dollar hotels I stayed at in the us an Europe. The architecture is amazing and it looks just like the pictures, the food is good, the drinks are normal priced. I stayed in a suite for 89$. The hotel concierge will arrange travel, tours and transportation and the staff speaks English
I had a very peaceful stay at this hotel. My room was on Floor 2 and faced a courtyard on the back of the property. The bedding was wonderful and I slept really well because it was quiet. There was tons of space in the room with nice furniture plus storage space for bags and belongings. The morning breakfast was great to get me off to a good start in the morning.
My only concerns were that water from the shower would run down onto the floor (I put the facecloth down to soak it up) and the...
The Scala Hotel has an amazing staff and you will notice from the very beginning. Check-in was very fast and the room I was assigned was very large, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Room service is cheap and the food is amazing.
Excellent location, very helpful staff. The breakfast was very complete and many options. Enjoyed the different pillows, comfy bed. Overall an excellent stay
The hotel is part of the NH international chain. It is of modern design and decor. The best thing is its location, right in the heart of Buenos Aires. The service was prompt and conversant in various languages, the included breakfast buffet was extensive and good, and the rooms well designed and comfortable. Also a small, attended, rooftop swimming pool (summer months only), sauna, and exercise room on the 13th floor. All this and a moderate price.
We used the hotel twice for a total...
The staff is so helpful and speak English, It was close to the port.
The day of our departure, our flight only left 9pm so we had the day to explore and could keep our luggage at a secure place provided by the hotel.
Very nice bell man, he helped me get the boarding passes, since I don't speak Spanish.
I very much recommend this Hotel, besides it was very reasonable.
