"The pool and hot tub were so dirty we would not swim in them. The ac kept making a knocking noise. The rest of the amenities were ok. "

"The staff was awesome at the Bastrop Quality Inn. The check in was easy and efficient. I made a last minute reservation at this Quality Inn because of unforseen circumstances at my prior accommodation. I needed a place to do some office work (I'm the Accountant and I needed to do payroll and tax deposits for the previous payroll). The staff at this Quality Inn allowed me a late checkout so I could get the work done. I'm very grateful for this hotel and it's staff!"

"Unfortunately the pool and fitness center were closed due to renovation. It would have been nice to know this in advance Ice water in main lobby would have been nice"

"Dead bugs everywhere in front of room entrances and main lobby. No reason hotel staff couldn't have swept the area clean. No smoke detector in the room (this is a crime in Texas) and the door security latch was broken and only half of it remained."
