The building was an example of fine architecture and well decorated. The room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the surrounding area. The most important part of my stay was the attention provided by Taieb the manager whether it was help with finding a tour guide or when a where to have breakfast everything ran smooth and I felt like my patronage was valued. Anyone staying at this property will not be disappointed.
Being a frequent traveler Expedia VIP member this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in 5 continents. It is family run, 5 rooms ON the water, amazing views and great personalized service. The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. The staff, after seeing how late we got in, made sure that the kitchen stayed open until we woke up so that we could have breakfast. Every time we saw C, the smile that she greeted us...

Staff arranged for taxi ride from the airport. We didn’t get to use the Terrance due to cold weather but it has a beautiful view.

The staff are nice and welcoming. The hotel has spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea. All meals were authentically Tunisian and its delicious!! They always made sure your room was clean.
Fantastic hotel!! Everything was 5 stars - the amenities, the hotel was well kept and well staffed, super clean, amazing breakfast, and the best part was their attentive staff. This has to be the best hotel in Sidi Bou Said.
It was our fifth stay in this hotel over the last 3 years, and once more we have been very satisfied with the experience. As known, the overall situation in Tunesia is not very appealing but the hotel is coping very well with the difficult circumstances. Therefore, we continue to recommend visiting this place.
