Beautiful location and outstanding service

The room was fine. But the location was too far from Tangier.

I very rarely write hotel reviews. But the experience for me and my family at this hotel was so outstanding that I thought I should write a short review. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The room had a fantastic ocean view. The apartment was fully equipped with everything modern. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This is an excellent place to stay. The suites are very clean, comfortable and has a nice kitchenette as well as a washing machine. (No dryer tho.) It is also near a small mall and a short walk from the ocean. I'd be more than happy to stay here again if I am back in Tangier.

The hotel is very clean and nice however there were construction activities in the hotel in which they should reduce their prices accordingly the construction start very early in the morning and blocks the beach access, the kids club is nice but there is no activities so you must stay with the kids!! The location of the hotel is nice quite, value for money is medium comparing to other countries I visited. However in Morocco it is little on the high end.

My daughter and I had a luscious three days at the Fairmont Tazi Palace. The staff were incredibly kind and gentile and the service was extraordinary. We particularly enjoyed the spa, the breakfast, and the pottery classes. But all of the little details like flowers and cookies in the room, the kind gestures, made the whole experience memorable. This was a great way to end a 10 day excursion in Morocco before heading home.

This was one of the most well managed boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Very communicative and attentive. Facilities were top notch.

Had Ramadan Iftar. It was pricy, but good.

Nice apartments, good communication, quick dinner spots nearby. Well appointed. As expected, no lobby services, but no problem.

The view and location were spectacular. The pool was really nice and the rooms were fabulous.

The service was excellent all around and we had a great time! The staff was accommodating and made sure we were fully pampered. Shout out to the owner Mr. Lotfi whose impressive sense of hospitality will have me returning soon!
