Historic building, staff provided excellent service.

after a whole day of traveling, exhausted . all i needed is a nice clean comfortable place to rest and sleep . This hotel delivered that exceedingly with a welcoming friendly informative staff, a spacious very clean room with balcony, and free parking. Its a bit far from the center of old town approx 2 miles but if you have a bike or car no problem .

All the rooms are nice, but we splurged on a suite with a 3 person hot tub! It would be at least $500 per night in the city. They even gave us a bath bomb! We had robes and slippers and felt famous. Other hotels do this, but not for the price we paid. The restaurant was good with a great wait staff. The beds are super comfortable and the linens top notch. Definitely stay here! Parking is ample and free.

This was the first NH Collection hotel I have stayed in despite being a frequent traveler who has been to Spain a few times and I left very impressed. The hotel was clean and stylish, just below 5 star quality, with friendly staff and on site parking. Breakfast was delicious as well. The hotel is located in a remade palace but the rooms are very modern. The breakfast room is located in the cloister of an old church that has been transformed.

Burgos does not seem to rank too high on the average American tourist's list of places to visit, but we found it an excellent venue, and the AC Hotel was relatively easy to find , was situated just immediatey outside the old historic city center, on a quiet street near the river and within walking distance to all the major sites. I especially apreciated having the hotel garage just downstairs, so convenient, even though the spaces are really narrow and the overall configuration very tight. The...

This was a lovely stay in Burgos. The hotel staff were welcoming, spoke fantastic English, and made our stay smooth and comfortable. We were there for the eclipse and it was fully booked and busy, but all of our needs were met with great hospitality. The hotel is also in a convenient location: walkable to and from the bus station if you’re traveling to/from Madrid or any other big city, and walkable to the beautiful Old Town of Burgos. We loved it!

This hotel is conveniently located near the center of Burgos. Everything you want to see is in easy walking distance. We also had a cathedral view room which offers a spectacular view of Burgos's beautiful cathedral. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. We were traveling by car, so we also appreciated the convenience of the parking garage.

It is a 3-star hotel rank. But the quality and services are really much better. I recommend this hotel for all travelers without any reservations. This hotel is much better than 4 star hotel in Magdeburg where I spent a night before on my way from Estonia to Portugal.

Amazing stay here! Seriously zero complaints. Two minute walk to the Cathedral which was perfect, and tons of restaurants just five minutes walking from the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean, hotel has an upscale feel, overall great stay. Piece of advice - parking at the hotel is pretty expensive, I think 20 euro per night or something like that, so we found parking on the street about a five minute walk away. Worth it
