"It’s a simple but very clean hotel. The staff was not on site but very accessible on the phone. Friendly. The room is small but has a small fridge. The only issue for us was no blinds on the window. The street lamp was right across our window, and it was pretty bright in our room, especially by the coach directly next to the window.
We found a garage five minute walk from the hotel, so we parked the car there. Otherwise, it is street parking."

"The location is amazing,nestled in the heart of old town with bars and food places just downstairs and the metro just afew steps away. The acoustics of the place was remarkable with double layers of Double glazed windows which really shut the noise of the streets away so we could rest in peace. The room is well renovated so it looks nice and modern. Highly recommended."

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel.

Great hotel in the charming old city. Very walkable. I would definitely go back. Only reason the amenities got 4 stars is because there was no coffee in the room, but the cafe downstairs mostly made up for it. The hairdryer had a diffuser- which is a big plus for my curly hair! Staff was wonderful and spoke English and were patient with me as I practiced my Spanish.
This property was very nice. Nice area close to the subway system to get anyone in the city only thing which is not a bad thing, there is no staff available physically but if you call the number they pick up and help you with whatever they can. Only stating this because I know there’s people that prefer to have staff at hand as for me it was great.

Perfect location for going to the old town. As it turns out we were there for the start of the annual Basque, week long celebration. We were able to see fireworks from our room!
Breakfast was nice and you could make lunch from the offerings if you wanted to. But nice to have yogurt and muesli and good coffee! This is the only hotel that had breakfast included during our trip.
